Printing the first issue

Yo yo yo.

I recently checked out the Cardiff Comics Carnival and chatted to some awesome people about their own comics, including where they got them printed, and their experiences dealing with printing companies.

Turns out, the guys I spent the most time talking to (due to the smooth and clean quality of their printed comics) used the same guy I’ve actually been emailing for a few weeks now.

So that’s cool – I’m on the right path.

After a gruelling hour or two, I have some semblance of a print-ready PDF of Chapter 1 of Cold Reset. I’m gonna see how it looks and maybe order a small batch for the future.

Not sure if I’ve mentioned before on this blog, but one of my goals in the next year is to have several comics printed to take to small conventions and festivals around the UK. Spread the good word of Meridian Six to people who actually are interested in comics. Maybe get one or two more followers, that’d be just dandy.

In the meantime, work continues…
