Disturbance in the Force

Now that’s out of the way, let’s talk shop.

Yes! Cold Reset 2 is inbound! There are 9 pages of it online already from 6 months ago (Jesus Christ, 6 months!?) but there are another 20+ pages still to come from Cold Reset: Disturbance!

And over the next month, all 20 will be launched into the lower atmosphere in all the usual places you can find the comic, as well as one BRAND NEW PLACE, in the form of my all-new all-shiny main site!

Created with WordPress and a few specialised webcomic plugins, it took a good 6 months itself to build and perfect (what with all the other stuff I’m juggling slowing me down…) and I want to give a shoutout to Philip Hofer, developer of the Comic Easel and ComicPress plugins, for all the great communication and patience throughout my work on building the site.

The site’s still not 100% done, but it’s at a point where I can finally publish it and start using it as my main hub of all things Meridian Six.

There are a few final touches I need to put on Cold Reset 2, and one or two extra pages that I need to finish, but y’all will be getting a page a day starting March 3rd!

If you’ve read this far, thank you. I talk a lot of shit on this blog, it’s nice when I’m not just talking through the white noise that is the internet. Some juicy gossip for ya – I’m working on a little side-comic set within the world of Meridian Six.

I’ve had two separate stories written and ready to go for a while but I don’t think I’ve mentioned that here yet… One of them will be called ‘The Black Mist‘, and the other currently exists under the title of ‘Rocket Bran‘. The former will be drawn out first, and will follow a character that shows up very soon in Cold Reset, continuing a scene that’s otherwise skimmed over. You’ll see what I mean. Both of these stories will be small parts of a whole new series of short side-comics, called Meridian Six β
